Two parents who were running a website that sold pictures of their preteen daughter in bikini's and similar clothing have been found guilty of filming her engaged in "sexual conduct", because of videos featuring her naked that were found in their home. They were arrested because of the videos, not because of the fact they ran a website that sold slutty pictures of their young daughter. Whatever.
Sick Fucks. If you've never heard of "preteen modelling" sites, they're basically a quasi-legal form of child porn, since they don't usually show minors naked, but they're still wearing bathing suits and posing in sexually suggestive positions. It's fucked up.

Well having not seen the video tape; I'll reserve my judgement for a better time. And how the fuck is it quasi-legal? If their clothes are on and they're not engaged in any sexual act it's legal as legal can be. Not justifying, just telling it like it is. |

It's quasi-legal because sometimes the lines as to what's considered kiddie porn and what's not are blurred. (Legally speaking.)
I know that in Ontario for example, it's illegal to show a person under the age of 18 in "sexually promiscuous poses" and basically it's left up to a judge as to whether or not the pics are kiddie porn whether the child is clothed or not.
An ex boyfriend of a friend of mine was recently charged with possession of child pornography with intent to distribute and the pics in question were those of a 10 year old in a bikini. Not kiddie porn right? She's clothed right? Well, there were shots where the bathing suit was wet and you apparently could clearly see the child's labia because the material was clinging. There were also pics of the same child in clothing like daisy dukes where she was *just* clothed enough that the people involved though they'd get by on the pics not being considered kiddie porn, but the judge said the poses were sexual in nature because she was on her knees with her mouth open "seductively" so they're in deep shit.
Sometimes it's not just what the child's wearing but the way they're being depicted that's constitutes kiddie porn.
(And I've seen those "child model" sites...sick fucking shit right there.) |

I do have to say that the stupidest person here is the girl and her parents. I actually watched that video interview on msnbc, for lack of anything better to do, and heard right after the last question, the stupidest thing I have ever heard. After the dumbass pedophile who made the first website was put in jail, she made ANOTHER website, also with a membership fee, AND including the exact same photos on it. When the interviewer asked her why she said "I want to be able to promote myself and put myself through college. I want people to look at the artistic value of my pictures." What the hell? That's the same excuse the pedophiles use!
Stupid bitch. There are other ways to put yourself through college. Maybe prostitution would be a smarter choice. |

Pictures of ghildren under the age of 18 in the u.s. having sex or nude or clothed in suggestive poses or sexually explicit drawings, cartoons, animation = childporn.
In most European countries, its under the age of 16. So, if you download pictures/vids of girls off the net and those pictures/vids come from Europe, you may have childporn on your comp.
The childporn laws in the U.S. are so vague, that its easy to run afowl of the laws. YES, if your parents have nude pictures of you as a child, its childporn. Beleive it, or not. A grandmother was charged with possession and distribution of childporn for taking nude pictures, "very tasteful, artistic pictures ", of her grandchildren.
The laws that protect sometimes become the laws that infringe on our most basic freedoms. |

Its really a hard subject ot be honest.
I know many sexually suggestive teen girls, some aged as young as 12. They know what they are doing, and they use their body to get what they want.
I think its hard to bridge the gap between whats child porn, and child modelling. Ofcourse a 13 year old getting a cock stuffed up there is pornography, but what if she does modelling in order to build a name and some money for herself?
I think this family is dodgy, because if she wasn't informed of what was happening, then its a little bit dodgy.
But yeah, I agree with the other guy, if this modelling gets guys off (and thats fair enough, some of them are fairly attractive) and stops them from taking action, then thats excellent to be honest. No-one is getting hurt, then its fine. If people are getting hurt, then its a different story, and demands investigation. |
